Why Elite Funders

More than somewhere to send a file.

A strong ISO relationship should help you understand the deal, move it efficiently and preserve trust with the merchant—not leave you guessing after submission.

03

Deal-level support

Get help identifying likely product fit, responding to conditions and packaging the opportunity in a way the funding side can act on.

04

Competitive compensation

Industry-leading points on funded deals, with economics that stay transparent and are governed by your agreement.

05

Renewal opportunity

Strong merchant relationships can produce repeat business. Renewal rights, attribution and compensation should be understood before you submit.

06

A platform built to scale

Centralize deal intake, documents, communication, decisions and offer visibility as your pipeline and team grow.

Product access

One submission point. Multiple ways to solve the need.

The right financing path depends on the business—not a single headline approval. Elite helps evaluate fit across a broader commercial funding shelf.

How it works

A cleaner path from submission to funding

You own the relationship. Elite helps move the financing process forward with structured intake, product evaluation and deal coordination.

01

Apply and review the agreement

Tell us about your business, experience, expected volume and target merchants. Review compensation, responsibilities and operating terms before activation.

02

Submit a complete deal package

Provide the application, recent business bank statements and any additional documents relevant to the requested product.

03

Track underwriting and conditions

Follow the deal, respond to missing items and work with the Elite team as the file is evaluated and positioned.

04

Present the offer and get paid

Coordinate with the merchant through closing. Eligible partner compensation is paid according to the executed agreement and funded transaction.

Commission structure

Clear economics. Real numbers.

One point equals 1% of the funded amount. Commissions on revenue-based deals commonly run 6–12 points depending on the deal — your exact economics are set in your partner agreement, in writing.

Compensation should be confirmed before the merchant signs.
Renewal rights and attribution are governed by the agreement.
Clawback terms may apply when a funded account defaults early.

Partner standards

Built for long-term merchant relationships

The best channel relationships protect the business owner, the partner and the funding ecosystem. Clear expectations matter from day one.

What strong partners do

Submit accurate applications and complete documentation.
Set realistic expectations on timing, approval and cost.
Obtain appropriate permission before sharing merchant information.
Stay responsive when underwriting requests additional items.

What damages a file

Misleading advertising or guaranteed-approval claims.
Incomplete or altered documents and undisclosed positions.
Sending the same merchant everywhere without a placement strategy.
Collecting prohibited advance fees or misrepresenting financing terms.
Choose your path

The right partnership depends on how involved you want to be

ISOs own the sales relationship and submit complete files. Other partners can introduce opportunities without managing the entire financing process.

Frequently asked questions

What brokers usually ask before applying

Commissions are quoted in points — one point is 1% of the funded amount. Commissions on revenue-based deals commonly run 6–12 points depending on the deal. Actual compensation depends on the product, transaction, funding source, risk profile and the terms of your partner agreement.

Yes. Elite Funders can work with new and experienced brokers. New partners should be prepared to learn submission requirements, follow marketing and consent standards, and remain responsive throughout the deal process.

A typical initial package includes a completed business funding application and recent business bank statements. Additional documents may be requested based on the financing product, amount and underwriting findings.

Initial review timing depends heavily on file completeness and product type. Complete revenue-based financing files may move quickly, while SBA, term, equipment or asset-based options may require deeper documentation and review.

The operating relationship, communication expectations, attribution and renewal rights should be clearly defined in the partner agreement. Review those terms before submitting business.

Yes. Prospective partners should understand compensation, payment timing, renewal rights, clawbacks, marketing requirements and other obligations before activation.

An ISO generally manages the merchant relationship, collects documents and actively works the deal. An affiliate typically sends tracked traffic or leads and has less involvement in packaging, underwriting and closing.
